i learned, he listened and provided feedback,
A MD that cares and helps any patient he sees. And the professional who cares for the patients needs to help better understand the medical profession in general
Dr Pitha went far beyond what he needed to do for me. His care literally saved my eyesight. He came in on Saturday just to take care of me what you didn't have to do I can't say enough about his great care.!
Excellent [TRANSLATED]
Excellent interaction explaining procedures and care
Seems knowledgeable
Dr. Pitha is a great addition to Moran!
He is not good at communicating. He gave me only one option for correcting my vision. He has not gotten back to me after 2 weeks and I still can't see well enough to drive.
He seems to be a caring, kind physician.
Dr pitha was fantastic with his explanations.
I have already recommended Dr. Pitha to a friend.
I've reviewed Dr. Pitha numerous times over the past year and have quite run out of new ways to say he is simply The Best! I am so fortunate to have had him as my physician and surgeon.
Dr Pitha is very nice, and explained everything to me. I appreciate him letting me ask questions and taking the time to answer them. Very thorough.
He understood my issues and answered them to my satisfaction.

Should anyone inquire of me any recommendation as it pertains to eye care, I strenuously encourage them to Moran eye centers world renowned clinics.
Dr. Pitha spent time reviewing my chart and clarifying my history. Glad to have the surgery at Moran and explaining that I could wait for the second eye, both not emergent and to work around my life schedule.
He was really nice and took time to answer my questions. I tend to have a lot of questions.
Very knowledgeable and great bedside (chairside) manner :)
He treated me very well and with great attention. He explained to me very well what the problem was and how serious it was. I have no doubt about his explanation. Thank you very much for your attention. [TRANSLATED]
He was genuinely concerned about my condition and explained options of treatment in a manner which I understand. Each time I see him, he remembers our previous conversations both professional and personal, which is unusual with some doctors.
Ian Franz Pitha, MD and His Entire Team are Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Friendly Human Beings (O_O) Highly Recommended to anyone (O)__(O)
Would rather wait until Dr. Pitha has rendered treatment. He gave us the information we need to make a decision about future surgery. We have full trust in his explanation.
From the moment I walked into the building, the staff was welcoming. I felt well-cared for throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Pitha to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
Thoughtful, informed.
Dr. Pitha is a good doctor and considers if the treatment causes undue pain to patients. I appreciated that he did a two stage LPI for my left eye which caused minimal pain and also monitored to make sure my eye pressure didn't go up dramatically. I feel well cared for in this practice and feel confident about retaining my vision.
The two surgeries were done without complications. I had excellent care by the surgical team. I was quite worried to have the procedures. Dr. Pitha was more than patient explaining pre-op what to expect, including the sharing of research publications about stent placements. Post-op care and follow-up was efficient. There was no waiting time. All my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Pitha.
Trustworthy, good sense of hum
Thoughtful and professional. He explained things very well and allowed me to make an informed decision.

Dr Pitha was very professional and explained everything to me in a manner that I understood. He listened to my concerns and followed up with me in a very timely manner.
I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Ian Pitha. I feel so fortunate that he transferred to the Moran at just the time I needed urgent care for my glaucoma. He is both personable and professional. I especially appreciate his common sense, down to earth approach to my care. Because of a frightening experience in childhood with surgery for strabismus my anxiety level was very high when faced with the need for surgery for glaucoma. Dr. Pitha helped me deal with my anxiety and has since successfully performed my surgery. He and his surgical team were there for me all the way and he continues to be supportive, helpful through my follow up care. He is a wonderful recent addition to the Moran Eye Center team. From a rating of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best I give him 10+++!
I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Ian F. Pitha as my doctor and surgeon. I feel very comfortable with him and have high confidence in his skill and knowledge. He's very easy to talk to, explains things well, and never talks down to me. I really can't express how grateful I am for his care.

We feel fortunate in being able to transfer from Dr. Stagg to Dr. Pitha due to the physical move of Dr. Stagg to northern Utah. We feel we got the same consistent and qualified care in moving to Dr. Pitha.
