    I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Karaca, and I must say, their surgical expertise is truly commendable. Not only are they a fantastic surgeon, but their caring nature and excellent bedside manner create a comforting and supportive environment for patients.     My experience with Dr. Karaca was fine. She did explain what she was seeing and gave me some positive news on my condition, however she obviously did not get any of my messages that I had left with the office the previous week.
