Jacob listens to my concerns and explains his ideas but gives me the ability to make what choices I want regarding my care. He is great to work with and I appreciate the time he takes to listen to my symptoms and how my PCP locally and I want to be on the same page as him regarding care and medications.

The office visit was great, however, it was very difficult to get the prescriptions updated and filled. I had to physically drive to the Farmington location and try to get a written verification of an updated prescription and pay out of pocket to receive an emergency refill medication so that [NAME REMOVED] could take his medication. In summation in was a nightmare!
