Dr. Kurtzman was caring, professional, proactive and respectful. Very impressive.
I feel that she is very knowledgeable but the bedside manner was not impressive. Waited in the room for a procedure for over an hour and a half and boy the medical assistant would poke his head in telling me they were waiting for medication and she never came in until it was time to do the procedure. She should have had the medication in place before laying me on the table wiped down with iodine for over an hour 30 minutes.

Dr. Kurtzman was great. She was late because of a (I think emergency) surgery, but she was very apologetic about it, which I appreciated. She also spent a good deal of time with me, explaining my condition and possible options. She answered all of my questions. During none of the conversation did she look like she was in a hurry to be done; instead, she was patient with me and my questions. I had full confidence in her medical advice, but also appreciated her "bedside manner" a great deal.
I am a retired physician and Dr. Kurtzman is of the best physicians I've ever interacted with; I highly recommend this physician.
