I really really like Dr. Bartell. However, lately he's been bringing in medical students and this has been very distracting and frustrating for my visits. The most recent visit had a medical student who I felt very uncomfortable with and didn't feel like I could ask to leave. Dillon was his name and I feel like he has a lot more learning and practicing to do before he should be interacting with patients. Otherwise, Dr. Bartell is very attentive and very kind.
Dr. Bartell is the first doctor I've had who truly took the time to understand me and my needs, especially when it comes to my migraines. He is a wonderful doctor, is thoughtful, and truly cares about finding a solution that helps ME (and appeases my insurance). He's the best!

Dr. Bartell is literally the best neurologist I have had, and I have had several during my 35+ years of chronic migraine. He is extremely skilled, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and is very good at explaining things in a way that is easily understandable. He also includes me in decision making which is fantastic, and is great at looking for solutions. I am so great to have him as the main leader on my healthcare team, and really don't know where I would be without him.
