He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained his thoughts on what could be going on and why. Dr Montgomery also outlined the plans ahead and the tests that would be taken, giving me a clear understanding of the next steps. I really feel confident that Dr Montgomery will help figure out the root cause of my persistent pain, especially since the surgeon I saw previously insisted the issue was fixed and my shoulder was fine'even though I still felt ongoing discomfort. It's reassuring to have a doctor who takes my concerns seriously and is committed to finding answers.
