  • Nationally Certified Physician Assistant who joined the Department of Orthopaedics in July 2010. He completed his training at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Roanoke, Virginia, and then completed in internship with Central Utah Clinic Cardiology. His undergraduate work was done in the field of behavioral health at Utah Valley University. Jason works directly with the Orthopaedic Spine, and Deformities physicians; Dr. Darrel Brodke, Dr. Brandon Lawrence, Dr. Ryan Spiker, Dr. Nicholas Spina, and Dr. Brian Karamian. As a vital part of the spine deformities team, Jason is routinely involved in patient evaluation, laboratory and advanced imaging interpretation, and treatment planning; as well as participation in operative procedures and hospital floor care.

    Jason has been exceptional in providing all the information I need to prepare for surgery and have a successful post op recovery. He patiently answered all of my questions and eased my concerns. It is obvious he is intelligent and experienced plus easy to talk with.
