I wish more UofU physicians would look into Functional Medicine for alternative medical science findings and new treatments. It would be good if we could be prescribed essential fatty acids like Pentadecanoic Acid. I am getting Omega 3 Fish oils by prescription. C15:0 looks beneficial but I have to obtain it OTC from sources I cannot trust. How about equipping the Pharmacy with this?

Even though I took a long time, he never made me feel like he had to go.

Let me put it this way, Dr Kerr is in Orem and I live on the Avenues in Salt Lake City. I would not exchange him for another doctor, even if that doctor was one block away from my current location. He is the correct doctor for me at this time and in the foreseeable future.

Dr Kerr is the best doctor I've ever had. Some just treated me like a job and would answer my questions impatiently, but not Dr Kerr. Dr Kerr actually seems to care and listen.

Dr. Kerr seemed really tired. This is the vibe I usually get from him, which is why I prefer to see Dr. Masteller when available. Dr. Kerr basically told me what I already assumed, which was that I likely had a UTI. The main reason I came in was for a pain that doesn't fit the UTI symptoms, and he agreed that it didn't and he didn't know what might cause it. I was satisfied with the appointment, but didn't learn anything new.

As usual, my experience at the clinic was very good. Dr Kerr always explains to me thing I ask so I can understand. While he was talking to me, a nurse knocked on the door and showed him and EKG. he very politely asked if he could leave for a few minutes so he could talk to the patient who had the EKG done. of course I told him to go ahead and I understand he's busy and I'll be here waiting for him. Dr Kerr came back very promptly, and then he apologized for having me wait and thanked me. I know Dr Kerr is a very busy man, but he never forgets that there is a layman sitting right in front of him who asks a lot of questions.Dr Kerrs' office is in Orem and he was so convenient for me to visit because I lived in the area. I have now moved to West Jordan area, and I decided that Dr Kerr and his staff will be my care healthcare team whenever I need them.now it takes me about 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes to get to the clinic for my appointment. I do not mind the drive because Dr Kerr is worth every mile.
