Now that I'm under Jeanette Sherman's care I feel like I have hope for recovery. She listened to my medical timeline & had so much understanding as to what's going on with me. I'm so grateful!!! May 01, 2025CLINICAL NEUROSCIENCES CENTERIf she states that she is up to date on my current diagnoses and records, (referring to recently shared records) I fully expect her to have read or at least skimmed them. When I stated that I did not have the typical form of a disease and provided her with evidence from other doctors and tests, she made it seem like she was listening and assured me she was aware of my concerns, but when I went back into the notes following the appointment it was obvious that she did not listen, nor read the records that she stated she had read. This behavior leads to confusion for both parties, delayed treatment and possible misdiagnosis down the road.
