The Dr. runs a well organized office. The calm atmosphere gave the patient confidence that she was in the right place. All of my options were clearly & thoroughly explained. I had time to ask questions. The packet provided had QR Codes to brief informative videos. I appreciated sample forms were provided that shared what I would be asked to sign the day of the procedure. So far the diagnostic machines appeared state of the art to provide patient confidence in the Doctor and to aid in decision making.

I think Dr. Jeff Patty is highly experienced and provides customized treatment based upon patient's needs. However, his team does not provide regular communication to the patients about the waiting time. I visited him twice and each time I needed to wait around an hour. I have not received regular communication from the doctor's team. It was really frustrating. The medical assistant I saw, had little or no interest to know the disease history, how I am feeling with the treatment I was going through. She felt very annoyed over me for no reason. She was even hesitant to talk to me. I never had this type of experience with a medical assistant in a medical care environment. I hope that the hospital authority will be aware of this situation and will take appropriate measures. Thank you! I got an impression that the medical assistant even did not even care about me. She spent least minimum time with me. Next time, I would try not to be seen by the same medical assistant again.

He listened to my concern and offered a suggestion to try single-vision lenses rather that my current bifocals to determine if it is helpful.
Dr. Pettey was awesome. I sought a 2nd opinion with him and am very glad I did so. Dr. Pettey's expertise and knowledge related to eye care and surgery is exceptional. He was professional and took the time to explain the different options and share treatment plans that will ensure a successful future surgery. So grateful to have found the Moran Eye Center and Dr. Pettey.

I thought the FIRST Thing was " DO NO HARM!!!" BTW Telling me I was to have Surfery the next day was also very rude when iwas nevrt asked~ I also had no one with me and I repeaterly told the staff that.
