Jessica Bailey was wonderful! She was evry kind, a great listener and helped me feel very at ease. She was very clear about the options available and her opinion as to what would work best for me.

Jessica was very friendly and professional in explaining the CT scan I had on my nasal passages and sinuses. She is very knowledgeable and explained my CT scan in a way that I could understand what is happening and what my options are for treatment of my deviated septum. I highly recommend her.

She is kind, careful, thorough, competent, and seriously cared about me and my condition.

I was told my test had some anomalies but it wasn't clear just what those were, and if it was a serious concern. I was requested to get a CT scan, but before I subject myself to the radiation from such a scan I would like to know the risks as well as any potential options if the scan reveals anything abnormal.

Dr Bailey is great! She listens to you rather than looking at a chart or computer. She understood my description of my symptoms, and knew what was wrong and how to help me.

I have had an issue with my hearing and balance for years. Jessica found the problem and went right to work on it. I am so pleased with the care I receive from Jessica and her team. I know I am in the care of a knowledgeable, caring and respectful team. I am getting my quality of life back at 73. I have gone to so many doctors trying to figure out why I was dizzy, off balance and hearing loss. Jessica addressed the problem on my first visit and continues to give me the best of care. Highly recommend her to anyone having balance or hearing issues.

I believe Jessica is a wonderful doctor but when I asked for a letter or memo detailing my visits on 4 prior visits she gave me a number to call for medical records. The records do not reflect the care she provided. On March 4th I was seen for a ruptured eardrum and she did remove a lot of dried blood from my left ear. The records show a wax removed from my right ear which is valid but nothing about my left ear which is the reason r was there in the first place. I am concerned and disappointed in this and I have left her a message which has not been responded to. This is just one example of the medical records being inaccurate.

Dr Bailey is very good at explaining and showed genuine care and concern for me as a patient. Her and her team wear quick to respond to messages via Mychart and did well to refer me to another office that accepted my insurance when o needed testing that they do not do.

I waited 35 minutes to see Jessica. My audiology exam was timely. Not sure why I even needed to see Jessica - I understand it was to ensure that my hearing loss was not anatomically related but the check itself took less that 5 minutes. Also, although the medical assistant was nice I could not hear her!! She needs to speak slower and clearer. IT is an audiology clinic.

Jessica managed to provide extreme intelligence, kindness, personal care and professionalism during my entire visit. She is a jewel in the ENT practice!
