I was at my wits end with coughing, unable to get a full night's sleep, coughing after eating, runny nose, and coughing spells that have gone on for a long time. I had symptoms of LPR. At my appointment with Jessica, she pulled up a chair in front of me and asked me to tell her what is going on. She listened and asked questions. She did a laryngoscope, explaining every step. She is very pleasant, friendly and thorough. She gave me answers, and a follow-up appointment. I am very happy, pleased and confident with her care. She gets my highest recommendations.

Dr Bailey is great! She listens to you rather than looking at a chart or computer. She understood my description of my symptoms, and knew what was wrong and how to help me.
I was told my test had some anomalies but it wasn't clear just what those were, and if it was a serious concern. I was requested to get a CT scan, but before I subject myself to the radiation from such a scan I would like to know the risks as well as any potential options if the scan reveals anything abnormal.

I have had an issue with my hearing and balance for years. Jessica found the problem and went right to work on it. I am so pleased with the care I receive from Jessica and her team. I know I am in the care of a knowledgeable, caring and respectful team. I am getting my quality of life back at 73. I have gone to so many doctors trying to figure out why I was dizzy, off balance and hearing loss. Jessica addressed the problem on my first visit and continues to give me the best of care. I believe Jessica is a wonderful doctor but when I asked for a letter or memo detailing my visits on 4 prior visits she gave me a number to call for medical records. The records do not reflect the care she provided. On March 4th I was seen for a ruptured eardrum and she did remove a lot of dried blood from my left ear. The records show a wax removed from my right ear which is valid but nothing about my left ear which is the reason r was there in the first place. I am concerned and disappointed in this and I have left her a message which has not been responded to. This is just one example of the medical records being inaccurate.

I waited 35 minutes to see Jessica. My audiology exam was timely. Not sure why I even needed to see Jessica - I understand it was to ensure that my hearing loss was not anatomically related but the check itself took less that 5 minutes. Also, although the medical assistant was nice I could not hear her!! She needs to speak slower and clearer. IT is an audiology clinic.

It was good. We had a Zoom call which was fine for what she went over with me
I had done my CT scans and my appointment wasnt for a few weeks. I began to get anxious and reached out wondering if it could be serious. She was able to glance at my scans and messaged me back. Nothing urgent and things we could discuss at the appointment. That little message meant a lot to me and made my holidays less worrisome. I've never done a virtual visit before. When applicable I would do so again. I love how much time it saved me. To go physically is a 1 hour drive one way. Dr Bailey showed me pictures to help explain what was going on. Also my old CT scan to show me in my own ear. She recommended I talk to another doctor to find out if I need surgery. Also Dr. Bailey was on time.

She always does a thorough physical exam despite being during Covid and the ENT speciality. She reviewed my sinus films with me in detailed. She has had allergy problems as well and I feel she can really relate to my symptoms. My symptoms have really improved. I did not realize how sick I was. I don't want more surgery but she explained why it's necessary and reassured me. She knows all the current research regarding hyperparathyroid disease and referred me for a scan. She is always worth my trip across town to see her. She is one of my favorite providers. I feel safe in her care.

Overall I though she was great. I would have appreciated it looks like this, but keep an eye out for . I'm a pretty healthy dood. I tend to come to the DR when something is obviously wrong. We checked the first box, my personality wants to know the next five boxes we will check as well. Matter of taste more than complaint. I liked my visit overall.
I had a hearing test done. Despite my questions, I left with a very poor understanding of my hearing test. I know that the test showed that my hearing isn't perfect and the provider recommended treatment. But her explanation left me very confused regarding how bad my hearing actually is. She seemed in a rush to get me out of the office. This is frustrating because I sacrificed work time to be seen. I might only take 15 from her day (for which she is paid), but a doctor's appointment takes almost 2 h out of my day in total.

This appears to have been the best provider I've seen with the U, to date. I was considering going outside of the U for a second opinion, but ended up seeing Jessica Bailey for this purpose. My expectations were exceeded.

I can't say enough good things about this provider. I was seen in an urgent care center for an ear abscess and then referred to ENT for follow-up if needed. Jessica Bailey took the initiative to read my clinic note when she received the referral instead of waiting for me to call. She recognized that my treatment had been different than the standard of care and got me in quickly for follow-up. She even came in early for my appointment.
the Dr. was very informative and included me in all my problems (including my teeth unfortunately) but extremely necessary and asked and answered a lot of questions Dr. Beasley is awesome.

Dr. Jessica Bailey is the most outstanding Doctor I have ever encountered. After being what feels like "passed around" for months, told everything is fine and even having a likely unnecessary biopsy I finally found Dr. Bailey. Her words to me " I will find out what's wrong. I don't give up easily." This comforted me beyond what words can describe. Having been a healthy person most of my life this first medical bout for me has been unnerving and frightening to say the least. It's been one week since following Dr. Bailey's recommendations and I feel like I'm making progress. I have been reassured that if this isn't the successful approach we will get to the bottom of it as timely as possible. She knows I'm concerned about the renewal of my deductible and actually cares. Im telling you, She is an outstanding Doctor and actually cares. Odd to feel that after only one visit! I wish she could be my primary care physician! No offense to my current primary care who is also amazing! Thank you is not not enough, but Thank you.

Jessica was very informative about the probable causes of my acid reflux, adding some additional points I had not considered before from my prior doctor. She will follow up with a CT scan of my maxillo-facial before she can suggest possible treatments of risks.
