I had an excellent overall experience during my recent clinic visit with Dr. Morales. I waited less than 15 minutes from reception. The facility was clean, her staff were helpful and courteous throughout my visit. Dr Morales always greets with a smile and she asks how I am doing with my diet. She goes over my last weight and I lost a little more weight. She gets more excised then I do. When I tell her the things I am doing she listens and with a smile tells I'm doing good. She also is working so hard to get me approved from my insurance the weight meds that she she's will help me. She has been dealing with my insurances for over 3 months and she is not giving up. I love her dedication.
