Well, I already did and my previous statement I believe. But let's just say after having three joint replacements and being able to see Jill Erickson, I felt like I was at home.
I appreciate the whole staff.
Great help
Incredible visit. She was super thorough and listened to every concern I had. It was so refreshing to be able to have hard questions not just pushed aside. Time was taken to make sure she understand my concern/question, and then we had a discussion and she educated me on things I hadn't even thought of. 1000% recommend.

Very good experience!
Very good.
Jill was very insightful and helpful in helping evaluate whether it was time to undergo a major surgery for a degenerative condition. Similarly situated providers at other practices I've consulted were dismissive of the impact on my quality of life, despite acknowledging the objectively clear dysfunction. I appreciated Jill's demeanor and knowledge displayed in discussing the decision.
Jill is always great!! Very knowledgeable and professional and always listens to and answers my questions.
To be honest, I don't even remember this Nurse or anything about her other than it was discovered that my nerve block had been disconnected in PACU

And I will have it replaced at U of U with the same team. I put great trust in them with my health and wel being. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Have only encountered here once via telehealth. She was very professional, caring and a good listener.

Warm, competent provider. Felt very comfortable in her care.

Cannot say enough about this PAC, Jill Erickson, as shes knowledgeable, kind, professional and yet compassionate bedside manner. She has been consistently thoughtful, thorough through out many years that I under her care for my knee replacement (Which was a success surgery!). Again, on February 15th, I had a follow up with her. As usual, I had many questions and Jill patiently listened to my concerns and answered to all my questions in a way that I can understand. Thank you, Jill, for your kind and genuine caring manner that always put my anxiety at ease and my worries in perspective!
My two week check up with Jill was very informative and reassuring. She gave me information and invited questions, answered mine clearly, discussing the info with me. I appreciated that. She was open, relaxed and welcoming. I felt confident with the information she gave me.
Jill was patient and answered all of my questions truthfully. She didnt sugar coat anything and she was very helpful in the procedure.
Jill, was knowledgeable, answered my questions honestly and Laughed at my sarcastic statements!!
Jill is exceptional in every way. She knows her stuff and is very skilled at making you understand whats going on. She treats you with respect and kindness. She really helped make my last knee replacement, five years ago, a good experience. I was so happy she was still there this time around!
I have great confidence in Jill - she "knows her stuff."
She is very good. Filled me in on how I must lose weight how the surgery would go. She is very smart and I was happy to be there with her. Im sure Ill have the surgery someday. Hopefully thanks Jill very much.
Very nice experience
Previously stated above!

I already have recommended
Jill provided excellent information and provided an understandable path forward.
Very good experience
I had a list of 6 questions! I was having problems with tramadol and wondered about a replacement! I felt ridiculed for asking! I would think since I wanted to go from a narcotic to a non narcotic they would have been receptive! My husband saw the medical assistant mocking me to the PA because of my questions! It was interesting because as I said I had 6 questions and my daughter who is a nurse practitioner wrote up the questions for me! I don't know if anyone actually reads these surveys, but my visit was disrespectful, rude and condescending! I have never ever been treated so poorly while visiting a medical office! My needs were not met at this office!
Jill Erickson did a fantastic job, she is the best
I Felt like I had inconvenienced her because there was a mix up in scheduling and she was "fitting me in."
Jill is excellent.
Very comforting to have such professionals available for my health care
Jill is a great provider. Listens well and provides good advice and recommendations
I have recommended the Ortho Center and Dr. Peters several times.

Jill Erikson has always been excellent at listening and quickly determining my problems. Shae also offered important advice regarding avoiding the recurrence of the problem. I trust her knowledge and abilities.

Excellent care. Excellent team
Excellent
I appreciated all who were part of my virtual visit! The nurse! The PA and the Physical Therapist were very helpful and attentive to my needs!
Jill Erickson is very concerned about my welfare
Jill, Matt and nurse assistant were all quite thorough, and they gave me ample time to ask my questions.
Jill was fantastic. Made me feel comfortable and offered options to deal with my multiple issues. It was apparent she really knew her stuff. Was very impressed.
I wanted acknowledgement of the problem.
My hip X-rays were great, but I had a concern over pain in my hamstrings and tight hip flexors. She was great to give me some ideas of exercises to do, and sent in Matt from PT that showed me some, gave me a printout and sent me videos to show the proper way to do them. A referral for PT was also given in case I need further care. I really appreciate the team approach to helping me get answers from one visit.
Jill Erickson is a fantastic care provider. She is extremely knowledgeable and always explains everything thoroughly. She is also very professional and listens. She is also very kind.
Always amazing

Matt saw and heard how well knee is doing in the recovery process, so he gave me new exercises to incorporate into my rehabilitation program.
Jill provided all the explanations I required. In addition she gave me a good time prognosis for healing and activity level.
Very Experienced!
A very thorough discussion of options and approaches to issues of hip, knee and back. very useful! informative as well as cordial. excellent!
It was a great experience, I have recommended it to family and friends. The whole surgery went so smooth and the doctor did an amazing job!
TERRIFIC
listened to everything and took it all into consideration and described and explained everything with detail
Jill Erickson is very good, skilled & conscientious. excellent care giver
I often recommend this office to others in need of Ortho services
PA Was vert explicit with her questions, her explanations. listening to me and her medical advice.
Not only did she go over everything from x-rays to treatment expectations she included me in making healthcare decisions. I was so scared and in pain and I came away from my appointment with a clear action plan for me to control. The risks that were discussed are were I felt unpowered to help mitigate risks and quickly move forward with further treatments in a manner that will be safer for my health and success with surgery.
great experience overall. when I opened my eyes it was already over.
the PA was hurried, seemed uninterested in me as a patient, and was very businesslike, not listening to my concerns. I believe this provider needs either some extended training in compassion or a break, to treat burnout. Overall, this provider is not very warm or compassionate, is not patient-centered, and is a bit hostile. Disappointed.
PA was a poor listener.
Thank you for all your attention.
I always brag about Dr. Peters and Jill Erickson to anyone that needs to be seen for their knees. I truly believe they are the best out there. I had my replacement 20 years ago and it is still tight and doing great.
answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns
Dr. Jill and Matt (PT) both very helpful.
Jill was concerned, caring, kind, informative, efficient and the treatment she provided was very effective.
though this is my second knee in 3 mos. Jill treated me with great attention and treated this as a new issue not as if I should know it all from 3 mid. ago
I felt like she listened & cared about what I was telling her.
very impressed with Jill Erickson and the entire team she works with
loved loved meeting with Dr Erickson. she went over all my questions and made me feel validated. I felt like she actually listened to my concerns and didn't push me one way or another.
