Joelle M. Creager, APRN

Languages spoken: English
  • A proud alumna from Weber State University, I hold several degrees including an associates in Radiologic Technology as well as a Bachelors in Nursing. After a rewarding career in the ED and ICU and a short stint in administration, I obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing with emphasis as Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Utah in 2002.

I chose family practice as I enjoy relationships with patients of all ages, genders and complexity. I focus on both wellness and disease management and the common day-to-day concerns which may arise. With over fifteen years’ experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I am prepared to handle and direct the care of anyone who needs my help. My patients come from all walks of life with all types of diagnoses, and I enjoy treating both the simple and the complex.

I love traveling near and far, spending time with family, especially my five grandchildren. I am very involved in the Girl Scout organization. I also enjoy outdoor activities and photography.

Since U of U has decided that they do not want Northern Utah patients since you now want us to drive to Farmington. There is no use to recommend Joelle to anyone because they are like me and will not drive that far for a doctor. Also Joelle can no longer take patients since she is now emergency only. Yes I would highly recommend Joelle if she was still in Ogden.
