Dr. Menchaca is a wonderful Internal Medicine Physician! He is judicious about writing prescriptions for symptoms, which I like. He's an excellent listener. I don't feel like I'm rushed during my appointment. Internal Medicine is a bit more complex than Family Practice, in my opinion and an office visit may take longer than 15-20 minutes. With his caring, observant manner, Dr. Menchaca is effective in his diagnosis and will refer you to a specialist right away, if needed. I can recommend Dr. Menchaca to anyone considering a move to Internal Medicine, if you don't want to take lots of prescriptions to mask symptoms, and want a caring Provider who listens to you.
