Dr. Jory Z. Liang is always very kind, empathetic and patient, and was especially so with an EMG test that can be painful if not handled carefully. He was also very good about explaining what the test was showing in real-time as the test progressed, and upon its conclusion. He then promptly proscribed a follow-up MRI that was indicated by the EMG, and may help in determining a more detailed diagnosis. I have been very impressed with Dr. Liang's diligence in working with me to chase answers. He has really gone above and beyond in working with me. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Liang treated me with respect despite my being Yet Another Woman With Vague Symptoms of Fatigue. He went ahead with tests instead of dismissing me out of hand. Didn't suggest it was all in my head.

Dr Jori Liang is highly recommended within the Neurology department. In addition, when I was diagnosed with my neurological issues my doctors in Montana recommended Dr Liang and the University of Utah for a more advanced care. He has the knowledge and resources needed for all of my neurological issues. During my appointments I've found him to have one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen within the medical field, he is very caring and explains everything to where it is understandable. Again, on a scale of one to 10 with 10 being the highest I would rate Dr Liang a 10 plus. I highly recommend Dr Jori Liang to anyone having any type of neurological issues.

He was involved in the process and I could tell he had something else on his mind Kept looking at his watch . I just figure Doctors in general are under a lot of pressure to get through all the patients that need to see them. I understand, It's just that when I am having problems I prefer to have the focus on my problem when we are in that space and minimal time together.

The BEST Neurologist I've ever had! He figured out my problem within 3 visits to the University of Utah! I traveled from another state where other doctors had been trying to figure out my diagnosis for 3 years! I would definitely recommend him over and over again!

Dr. Liang is a physician who cares about his patients, and is both intelligent and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the results of lab tests and diagnostic procedures, and how they relate to me and my condition. The care he provides is of the highest quality, and I feel very safe with him.

Absolutely wonderful (for a doctor that is only twelve years of age -ha) and through with his findings, as well as a projected program for helping me with my condition.
