She is amazing!
She is sharp, knowledgeable, and really cared.
Dr. Warner is a very competent doctor who has a great "bedside manner". She "goes the extra mile" to look outside the box and put forth the effort to diagnose, listen and discuss symptoms, test results and a path forward. I highly recommend her and the clinic staff.
She's quick, intelligent and very helpful. I enjoy my short once a year visits.
Id only repeat the very complimentary things I said about her at the beginning of this report.
Dr Warner is always very thorough and pays attention to the details. My only "complaint" is the amount of time we spend waiting between tests and seeing her.
Same as above
Very good listener, very knowledgeable. Explanation of diagnosis very good.
This person did not even listen to us, nor did not even point us to the right doctor. We drove in from out of state and tried, but got a bad doctor. THE STAFF WAS GOOD, DOCTOR BAD.
Dr. Warner is brilliant but very down to earth. She makes me laugh!
Dr Warner just plain knew what she was doing and took the time to evaluate my problem and gather necessary information. She was friendly and kind and took the time to explain her findings and make recommendations. I feel confident with the referral she gave me. She followed up with a phone call the next day after consulting with colleagues and gave more guidance. Her fellow, resident, and team were interested in my wellbeing from the first minute until I left the office.
Stellar in every way. She spared no effort in trying to get to the bottom on my ailment.
She was very rushed this visit. I felt like she didn't have time to review any tests that had been performed and was not prepared to take care of us.
She is excellent. Very professional. I feel she totally knows what she is doing.

Just wonderful to not just me but my wife as well.
The very best at what she does
I was really impressed by Dr Warner; very professional and knowledgeable.
We will not go back. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, but the practice had (in her words) "continuity problems."
I was very impressed with Dr. Warner and the resident Dr. Mubaric (Sp?). They were very attentive, collaborative and obviously knowledgeable and experienced in their field. They both listened well to my explanation of symptoms and to my questions.
Nope. Awful. Waste of time
Dr. Emily Spock and Dr. Judith Warner were both excellent in their care, knowledge base, and how they explained things. They were both very compassionate.
All of the care was first-rate.
Dr Warner went above and beyond in trying to determine the cause and course of action regarding my condition.
The Dr. Was wonderful. The caring, comprehendable way she answered my questions and explained possible reasons for my symptoms, helped me feel heard and assisted. After our visit she restudied my MRI'S from the past and recent and found slight differences. The differences could only be partially viewed by the limitation of the MRI taken of the vestibular part of my brain. They warranted further investigation. She notified my new neurologist Dr. Christopher G Taylor who called me and ordered a whole brain MRI. I am so greatful.
Attentive, concerned, not dismissive of questions raised
Dr. Warner was highly professional and obviously very knowledgeable in her field. I can tell she strives for excellence in her practice.
Dr. Weaver is absolutely fantastic!
Excellent staff and very great doctor. Very helpful and DC great at explaining all situations pertaining to my problems. I left feeling hopeful rot the first time!
Eveyone was kind. No one seemed rushed
Both Irina and Dr Warner were kind and thorough. I wish they had been my providers the first time I visited the neuro ophthalmology clinic, but am glad they were my providers this time.
I learned a little about the condition, but not enough about how to help.
Nurse doctors and staff were great
Always a great experience.
Dr. Warner was excellent - thorough, concerned, compassionate and communicative.
I dread going to these appointments and have since the first one. After the first appointment, I called every eye center from Ogden to Salt Lake City and have been told that I must go to the U for my condition. I canceled my first follow up because I didn't want to go, but medication can be important with my condition. So eventually I called back to reschedule the first follow up and asked if there was a different Doctor at the U that I could see for the condition, and I was told that wasn't an option, that she is the boss, and that's who I need to see. So I have been to a few more follow ups, but I don't feel comfortable in them, and I don't feel like there is any want from the Doctor for me to be there and no compassion. No, she doesn't directly say it, but she always gives me the feeling that she is annoyed I am there and that everything I say is a lie. I truly wish that there was another neuro ophthalmologist that I could go to. I was tagged in a video conference from the U about my condition, and that person seemed to have more of a knowledge, care and wants to help and understand. However, I don't know who she was or how to see her.
Professional, concerned, respectful (to colleagues as well as the patient)
Dr. Warner may be the best in her field nationwide. She is an excellent provider, easy to understand, and she cares about the patient. She's an outstanding representative of the University of Utah.
I would definitely recommend this provider and staff to everyone. Just know you will have an extended wait time & accept it. You won't regret the wait time, because the care you receive is worth it.
I've had the best team possible for the issue I was experiencing. Fantastic people.
This physician repeatedly touched me while saying relax even after confirming she knew she was making me uncomfortable. She spoke as if I wasn't there. She looked at my eyes and said oh those corneas! Then started talking to the fellow about everything wrong with them using medical terminology and proceeded to turn to me and say they look completely healthy though. Recommended I go to a cornea specialist who disrespectfully told me there was no need to follow up. She didn't go into depth with me about what I was experiencing with my eyes and how it was affecting daily life. She recommended migraine medication already discussed with my neurologist as not being the best treatment option. She kept the door open after a front desk worker had come in. After expressing my displeasure with lack of care for any of my symptoms she said she thought she did an excellent job helping with my migraines and again told me to provide old eye exams because It would be Interesting for research purposes. For mental and physical well-being, I would recommend going to any other provider/hospital if possible.
Irina, who is a PA (not nurse assistant) was wonderful. Dr. Warner's clinic was very busy, but Irina was excellent and explained everything in detail.
Not sure what the assistants name was but he was excellent. Dr wasn't good at all.
Very impressed with Dr. Warner
Dr. Warner took my situation serious. She helped me get to the right specialist that I need to see. She didn't make me feel less a person at all. I appreciate her so much
I have suffered with health anxiety for all of my adult life. Dr. Wagner had the worst bedside manner of any doctor ive ever seen. I was in tears in her Offfice. Her exact words were- "you're already a nervous nelly so you'll have a terrible the steroids" which happens to be my only option for treatment. This did not inspire any confidence for me that I would regain my sight or be able to handle my only ability at recovering. I do appteciate being seen on such short notice but there was no feeling AT ALL. I have a new baby and the prospect of being partially blind is scary enough, then to hear I might have MS on top of that. I would have expected some kind pf caring manner but I recieved a cold shoulder instead.
Very good feedback from the technician. I definitely got some good recommendations about how to deal with my eye sight, which I did not realize has gotten worse.
Excellent
Dr. Warner is the BEST
I'm not sure if my particular problem was something this provider specializes in I may referred elsewhere that wasn't clear to me.
Took all the time needed to explain my condition in terms easily understood. Answered my questions thoroughly with no sense of urgency.
I really like the time that Judith Warren sends with me to go over options and progress
She seem rushed and impatient. She was not very nice to the assistant who was in the room helping her. I was really impressed with the medical student who was observing that day, though. He gave me the most information about my condition.
I LOVE this office. Every single person I interact with here is empathetic, friendly and makes me feel so comfortable
Very clear
Once the doctor got into the room it felt very rushed, the doctors personality was short and clipped, but they seemed very knowledgeable.
Dr. Judith Warner is outstanding, I appreciate her deep experience and value her professional opinion
Good
We love Dr Warner and appreciate her even though we were so long.
Very good experience
This is only the second physician (including many MA's, nurses, techs, PA's, etc) who I've seen in the University system who did not listen to me and I felt like cut me off every time I tried to talk.
We love Dr. Warner!
Dr. Was brusque and rushed. Not personable.
She was rude. It didn't matter what I said, what ever she said was right. I hope her students learn how not to treat people.
She discovered my child's shunt stopped working and got her into appropriate care in 3 days!!!
Dr Warner is so knowledgeable. Has been spectacular in working with my Neurosurgeon and in giving recommendations for the best outcomes. Really nice and spoke to me and my husband comfortably
I have never been treated better.
Good
We have not made any final decisions about my treatment yet.
everything that was discussed was very professional
Amazlng
Dr. Warner is a superb Doctor and is generous with her time.
Dr Warner and her fellow were excellent.
Dr. Warner abs Dr. Vegunta were professional, compassionate, informative, and expert in the field. I appreciate their approach and direct delivery as well as entertaining my slightly anxiety induced questions. I felt like I was receiving the best care I possibly could have and it was done with an expediency that I believe my emergent issue warranted.
very poor bedside manners
We were impressed with the dr looking beyond the surface and not dismissing my daughter's problems
all options were well communicated.
I felt like the Dr. was mostly talking to the resident in the room and not including me in the discussion.
Dr. Warner, Dr. Huang, Jessica, and Mike are an amazing team. Dr. Warner explained her dx findings and a path forward so well. Both she and Dr. Huang were validating, kind, compassionate, and so competent. It's a rare occasion when all those qualities are present.
I absolutely love Dr Warner! she is so kind and definitely knows what she is doing to help me.
cogent explanation. I was fully informed.
I absolutely love Dr. Warner. She is always honest and her concern for my condition is genuine. I would recommend her to EVERYONE if possible.
care given by dr Warner and all staff was excellent
Excellent
Dr. Warner advised other medical help that I can seek for my migraines and cervical neck pain, other medications to try, and is highly knowledgeable as a Neuro Opthamologist. Dr. Warners'. She is top in her field for a reason. I felt like I was in very capable hands and that both her and her team want me to heal from my double car impact accident. Dr. Warner is a very talented doctor. I am beyond grateful.
excellent. they alway spend a lot of time with me
Dr. Warner was very unprofessional and rude. We will never go back to her and we will never recommend her to anyone.
The fellowship doctor was also very good
Dr Warner is exceptional!
Dr. Warner is amazing. We're really grateful that we got to go to her and that she could help us so much!
Dr. Warner is always amazing. I feel very secure knowing my eyesight is in her hands and leave always feeling very informed and prepared to manage my own health. Not only is she brilliant which is obvious by just speaking with her, she also has an amazing bedside manner and makes me feel so comfortable. I can't say I have ever seen another doctor that I like as much as Dr. Warner
I was very impressed with Dr. Warner. She took time to look into my history and explained things very well to me.
Dr. Warner is a super star. She is my favorite of all time
superb care and concern. Dr. Warner is exceptional
highly recommend and grateful for the experience!
feel like someone is finally going to help me
Dr. Warner is an incredible doctor. Smart & witty!
Dr. Warner is exceptional!! I feel very fortunate to be her patient.
Dr. Warner was super empathetic and understanding of my overall health issues. She treated me kindly and listened carefully to what I said. She asked questions and then paid attention to my responses before asking the next thing. She was knowledgeable and kind in helping the student doctor learn and state what she knew as well.
Dr Warner is very compassionate and comprehensive. I've seen her for 8 years now and her care is exemplary.
compassion and thoroughness are Dr. Warner's everyday efforts
Dr. Warner and her staff are a class act. Communication was great and they always made me feel comfortable and they always cared.
I was very pleased with explanations. I left with some recommendations and referrals.
This appointment held hard facts that I was not getting better, but Dr. Warner tried to give me realistic expectations. While I did not love my results, I appreciated her openness and concern.
made good suggestion for the care of my eyes
Dr. Warner and her team were amazing to work with. They were kind, professional and all round helpful during my entire appointment. I wish I lived in Utah to have them as my regular provider.
when we asked for some explanation of the findings, we were told, "It is what it is." I would have appreciated a better explanation of what was seen. I believe a patient should have the opportunity to be informed, if that is what they want.
good
said she wouldn't do it herself.I felt a little rushed this time and left with questions.
I felt very comfortable discussing this with the doctor as well as the resident. My situation is very complex with a very lengthy medical history. But unlike a couple of previous doctors, they listened intently and we're considerate of the problem. I wish there were more like both of them.
Great job!!!
Dr. Warner is amazing at what she does.
I was told very clearly what the problem was, what to expect, and how long it would likely take.
Dr Warner is an incredible professional who has taken my issues very seriously, and who has delivered relief from a very serious malady.
exceptionally thorough and thoughtful
Dr. Warner was very personable and listened intently and share her knowledge in verbiage I could understand.
it was a good experience
good
dr. warner is fantastic.
very good
Dr. Warner is in the top of her field and makes sure she understands what you are experiencing and concerns you have. She takes the time to make sure you are fully aware and understanding treatment or treatments selected specifically for you and your condition. You leave her office having all your questions and concerns answered. It very comforting in knowing your physician takes that time with you!
As noted in an earlier section, I'm actually still waiting to hear from the care provider about a diagnosis or treatment plan.
great
I lived the physician. She was fantastic! She comes across a little guarded at first but when she loosened up she was quite knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner
