Ive know Julia for 26 years. Shes kind and respectful and treats me with kindness. Shes more than just a nurse practitioner. Shes my friend. And always seems to wants whats best for me.

Seeing Julia Klein, APRN is always my favorite appointment. She truly cares about my life and health. Shes thorough and honest about any concerns I have. I have been seeing her twice a year for over 10 years. I can be completely honest and comfortable in her presence. Shes an amazing person.

She is the first provider that really saw me as a human, believed me, and offered immediate help. We've made little changes over time and slowly I've healed. I'm so grateful I found her on one of the hardest days of my life and that she helped me get my quality of life back. She didn't think I was lying, not trying hard enough, drug seeking, dramatic, lazy or the many other labels I felt were put on me by other providers. She knows to ask not just about my physical symptoms but how it affects my life as a whole. Thanks for seeing me as the person I was deep underneath the pain and symptoms Julia. My little boys have their mom back and there will never be enough words to thank you for that.

I have been seeing Julia Klein for 20years. In that 20 years my insurance has changed several times. The UofU isnt covered right now but I refuse to change doctors because she has been such a wonderful doc. I look forward to our visits.

I have dealt with the University of Utah for over a year now and I love them they are very professional they are very friendly and they really were to find out what you need for your type of care

I absolutely loved dr Klein the last time I went to her office. I finally felt listened to and heard. She took her time with me, and gave some possible ideas that could help. Talked with me. Made me feel like I wasn't alone. This appt was the exact opposite. She didn't listen at all. She didn't even give me a physical exam. I wait 6 months to be seen by neuro, and they don't address my issues or give me an exam?! That's wrong. She minimized what I was saying. She laughed off my confusion and how scared I was, saying "aren't we all a little forgetful like that". I was just dismissed. I left the appointment broken. I was crying when I left, and I will be finding someone else to see. I NEVER thought I would be writing a review like this, but someone needs to know. Having a tumor and being a neuro patient is scary and life-changing. She acted like I was just another number on her schedule. It was very disappointing.
