    Julia is fantastic. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable talking about everything with her, including sharing very personal information. Any questions I asked were answered in a way that was easy for me to understand. She is really great at explaining specifics and outlining the procedure. It felt like a conversation with someone who is genuinely interested in helping me move through this process. Working with someone like Julia makes a big difference considering what a big and life changing procedure this surgery is. Thank you Julia. I hope to continue to see you as I move forward towards obtaining this surgery.

    SHE WAS KIND AND CALM SHOWED EMPATHY AND GAVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE WITH IMFORMATION AS SHE COULD I IMAGINE AND EXPLAIN THERE A WEB SITE WITH LOTS OF ANSWERS AND VIDEO'S TO GIVE A BETTER IDEA TO WHATS AHEAD OF ME AND KEPT ME FOCUS WITH SOFTNESS SO I DON'T GET NERVOUS ON MY PATH TO HAPPINESS. I RECOMMENDED TO ALL. I GIVE HER A NUMER 10. THANK YOU.

    Julia was knowledgeable, kind, and showed a lot of understanding of trans health, policies and procedures, and fantastic bedside manner. She answered my questions and gave realistic expectations for the kind of care I would receive at U of Utah. She made me feel much more secure about the benefits and risks of the procedure and helped me to appropriately plan my post-op care.
