My appointment with Justin Knox was the worse experience I have ever had with a medical professional. He was rude and belittled me. He accused me of not taking my health seriously because I made a virtual appointment rather than coming in-person due to my need for an appointment as soon as possible. He conveyed his message in an inappropriate tone which was both rude and accusatory. I would not recommend him to anyone, I was extremely disappointed as I came in seeking help and advice and left feeling attacked and mocked.

Very rude no bed side manners couldn't figure out the zoom and was talked down about that and once I figured it out all he can say is come into the clinic I lost my car in the Covid and only way in is the bus which I would have to walk to and I have gout in my foot and can't walk at all so coming in wasn't a option I don't know why he had such a bad attitude but it hurts me and left me lost all day thanks I'll stick to dr sakaguchi he is the best you got

My experience left a lot to be desired. I showed up with some concerns for my health and symptoms that I was worried about. When I asked about specific labs I was curious about running, the way my ideas were shot down did not leave any room for the provider to hear my other primary symptoms and concerns.

Justin at first seemed like a decent, down-to-earth guy and a knowledgeable provider, but once I asked him for his help with a process issue (my medication was out of stock) he became irritated and contemptuous and made it clear under no circumstances would he or his staff ¿waste their time¿ helping me figure out how to get my medication. Maybe it was just me, you might have better luck, especially if you don't need regular prescription medication.

Justin often has me take irrelevant blood tests. The last time I went in, he had me take a cholesterol test for lung concerns. He's also directly told me, ¿I'm tired of hearing about how tired people are¿ when I was having issues with fatigue. I want a doctor who doesn't act as if I'm just a person to be charged for tests. I don't feel like I'm particularly listened to.
Dr. Knox is very knowledgeable and intelligent. Smart in prescribing the appropriate medication. When I met him I couldn't move my hands, but after the injection I felt better and now I'm in great condition.
I appreciate the way they treated me. My only comment is it's very difficult to schedule the visit in the sense that it usually takes a month prior to the date of appointment.

To start i would like to say that i had made a appt to establish care in January, was a month out, as my appt came close he canceled. I then rescheduled my appt and again had a month and a half wait to be seen. I wait for 1.5 hours to be seen by the actual doctor. When he finally came in he was not compassionate and very domineering energy. I was judged for asking for medications i have taken on and off since i was 5 for adhd/autism, taking this medication already carries a huge stigma, 1st i was told he needed ¿proof¿ of my diagnosis, and when i offered to send my record it then changed to ¿its a policy we cant give you that medication¿. As a person who struggles with social communication in general this felt very confusing and was very triggering as i already have carried a lot of internal shame for requiring certain medications in order to function everyday as nuerotipical people easily, This doctor was condescending when i was asking for clarity on his contradicting statements.
I felt like he was in a tiny bit in rush to finish.
I highly recommend Justin Knox. He was friendly, courteous, and understanding regarding my issues. He spent lots of time getting to know me as a new patient, and I so appreciated that.

When discussing my symptoms and concerns he was very dismissive and made me feel like he just didnt care, and that he was only going to do what was necessary. He made me feel like I was just another number to him. He literally said he would forget about the conversation and about me over the weekend. I understand that it is entirely the case but that is something you just shouldnt say to your patient, its completely unprofessional and rude. I was in no way excessive or demanding with my concerns, and even if I was that is just no way to treat a patient. He just seemed moody from the moment he walked in and just seemed to want to get it over with as soon as possible so he could keep going down his list. He has no bedside manner, he doesnt genuinely listen or care about his patients or their concerns at all.

I went to see dr Knox only because my original pcp was fully booked and the medical assistant mentioned that Knox sees the overflows usually. I now know why he doesn't have a book of establish patients. He was rude, stoic, quick, and mansplained me about his pedigree. I did not feel listened too, empowered about my health and walked away upset, distraught and extremely disappointed.

Medications side affects, the Dr did not know them or was not willing to look them up
Dr. Knox gives off that he's annoyed with having to "deal" with my issues. At this point he treats me as a hypochondriac despite telling him upon meeting him that I have things I need a primary doctor for to figure out what's wrong with me. He does not take any concerns seriously and I feel as though I'm constantly being gaslit that I'm making things up. His student who saw me for some of it was more concerned and compassionate than Dr. Knox has been. He's always RUSHING me out of the room. I spend more time driving and waiting to be seen than he gives me the time of day. If he has compassion fatigue he needs to step away for a while.
My Doctor is good, but something I don't love are when I'm told I can talk to him over MyChart about my medications, and when I attempt to, I'm told by an assistant that I have to schedule a visit. Unfortunately I can't always schedule a visit, or even a virtual visit commonly because of work constraints. It would be great if we could connect over MyChart more often.
I went in discussing POTS and Ehlers danlos syndrome as my sister was recently diagnosed and I've been having similar issues to hers for years. When I mentioned these diagnoses, the doctor start talking about TikTok and how when people come in talking about finding a diagnosis on TikTok, he disregards them. Now I was incredibly confused as to where this came from, as I had previously mentioned my reason for going in was due to my sister getting this diagnoses. He then put in my notes that I was upset and frustrated, which is also kind of belittling and demeaning. Overall I was unsatisfied with the care and patience this doctor provided me.

He didn't really act too friendly, maybe it was just the day. Asked me if I had ever considered taking an antihistamine for my asthmaI've had this my entire lifeof course I've taken antihistamines. They don't stop attacks. My asthma is well controlled, I was only there for refills.

The nurse I saw was fantastic. She listened to why I was there, set me up with the adhd tests I needed to complete before seeing dr Knox, listened when I told her how I was feeling and why I was there. When dr knox came in, he seemed annoyed that I would even be there to talk about adhd. He almost seemed frustrated that I had even gone in. I told them I was trying to get my life together and take the steps needed to get diagnosed and I didn't know where to start, which was why I made the appointment. I put in the notes when I made the appointment that that was the reasoning behind me coming. I sat there and did all the tests, and his answer to me was "I'm not comfortable in those tests, so I can't diagnose you" I had to request that he refer me to someone who could and was back to dealing defeated. The doctor I was referred to is booking out 10 months, which is insane to me that people can't get help, which is the reasoning behind going to a doctor, for almost a year. I've struggled with this my entire life too ashamed to ask for help, and this what I was faced with when I finally asked. It doesn't make someone like me ever want to ask for help again. Feeling very discouraged with the treatment offered and the discussion we had. Dr knox didn't seem to care at all that I needed help.

Doctor Knox was nice, however in the order for a mammogram he didn't include enough information, so the radiology would not let me make an appointment. I called to ask that they redo the order with more information and was told they would call me back when they got it done, it has been 3 days since then and I have not heard anything. Which is disappointing, because this isn't something I want to go slowly with Incase it is cancer.

I felt very comforted by the staff at the urgent care (Chris?) and with primary care (Justin Knox). They went above and beyond to get me the care I needed and showed compassion and flexibility.
I have been stabilized taking my meds for 20 years with no issues and my doctor retired in the area where I moved from, so my original prescriber is not longer an option. I don't feel like I have much if any say in my treatment plan at this session.
Dr. Knox took the time to hear all of my concerns and addressed every question or pushback I gave. He is a great provider and is helping rebuild my trust in medical professionals.

He did not remember the dosage of a mental health medication I was taking and decreased it instead of increasing it so I was an emotional wreck for over a month. I'm very frustrated that happened.

This was an awful visit and I would not go to Dr Knox again. I had lost my voice and I don't think he looked me in the eye once and he didn't listen and always assumed. I think he assumed that I had Covid,( tested negative),and didn't need to listen anymore. I made the appointment solely for the loss of voice and yet, his notes said I went for a cough. I tried to write my answers and information down and he wouldn't read and made fun of my spelling. I was trying to write so fast b/c he was rushing me and I was afraid that he wouldn't read my answer. This visit was a terrible experience and had to make another appointment a week later and had a fantastic doctor, Dr Sakaguchi who listened and gave me great medical advice to help my voice.

I really enjoy my doctor who is Dr Knox Medicare offered me to find another doctor closer to home but I really like the professionalism of Dr Knox and I trust in his knowledge and practice.
My concerns were dismissed within a couple minutes of first meeting with Dr. Knox. I was told it was anxiety and when I tried to describe my symptoms I was told they all could be anxiety which really made me feel dismissed and I was being gaslighted. I have pain in my chest lower right rib stomach area sternum pain that radiates to my back center of shoulder blades, so the doctor was saying he could order a bunch of tests and find nothing. I feel stupid because I left crying and I'm in worse pain for the last two days but I don't know what to do I don't want to go in and be labeled a hypochondriac. I can understand if I had too many symptoms that didn't fit one thing Maybe the problem was partly me being somewhat anxious because tbh one attack felt like a heart attack and I'm genuinely concerned because It is affecting my daily life.

Excellent! Listened to my problems and what I thought should be done and then discussed what he felt we should do and why and took care of those things immediately. He even walked me over to the xray department.

I have already recommended Dr Knox to my girlfriend's dad he needs a new doctor that he can get along with he's a grumpy old man but I think Dr Knox would be a good fit for him he's supposed to get a hold of him this week
SHOUT OUT to Justin Knox!!! I think Justin Knox is great! He is the first and only person to listen to the concerns I had for my sister and more importantly he took it seriously. I have been having a hard time getting my sister evaluated, and he helped point us in the right direction.. we now have some answers. thank you again Justin Knox for giving me back my sister and for giving my sister her life back! I am forever grateful!!
He sort of mocked me for not knowing it was just a stomach bug. I've never been sick longer than 2 days in my life and I was sick for a week, so I something was bad wrong, and he sort of mocked me and acted like I was stupid for coming to the doctor.
he was rude and uninterested in anything I had to say.
Dr was wonderful, first nurse I saw was wonderful, last nurse Lupe not helpful and bothered by me.
