Justin is always attentive to my needs and offers good next steps for my care.

He is thoughtful and kind. He's very busy so doesn't mind being reminded about things that are important to you. He's human, so try to not be discouraged by this if it happens. Also his team is great about getting back in touch with you when you leave messages.

He care¿s, listen¿s, and he explains with detail visuals, I have yet to question his medical procedures. He is clear and straight forward.

Dr. Knox is amazing! He tested me for, then diagnosed and treated me for a problem that went unnoticed by other doctors. Dr. Knox listens and cares. I'm so glad to have him as my primary care physician.

He appeared very rushed and dismissive to my concerns when my regular PA told me I had to come in to be evaluated. Unfortunately, my PA was not available and I was scheduled with Justin.

Once again integrity comes up to me about how an individual places himself on the level of the patient and doctor we all seem to be like a family and more the more level than one higher than another it's more of a related relationship

When discussing my symptoms and concerns he was very dismissive and made me feel like he just didnt care, and that he was only going to do what was necessary. He made me feel like I was just another number to him. He literally said he would forget about the conversation and about me over the weekend. I understand that it is entirely the case but that is something you just shouldnt say to your patient, its completely unprofessional and rude. I was in no way excessive or demanding with my concerns, and even if I was that is just no way to treat a patient. He just seemed moody from the moment he walked in and just seemed to want to get it over with as soon as possible so he could keep going down his list. He has no bedside manner, he doesnt genuinely listen or care about his patients or their concerns at all.

He was great. I feel he will take care of all my needs and concerns
