Very friendly and understanding, listening to my questions and answering to my satisfaction.
Helpful and informative experience. Dr. Trueheart was amazing.
We have a great rapport. During medical appointments very sensitive topics are discussed, and Kate puts me at ease so that we can discuss such topics.

I've been doing HR for about 10 years through UMC Urology. Care has always been very good. That said, NP Trueheart is the BEST I have ever had! She is knowledgeable and professional and sensitive. I am an old US Army, Special Forces guy. Most of us try to stay as strong and fit as we were when discharged. NP Trueheart appears to be very fit and has many "Alpine Interests" which makes her an excellent care provider to those of us seeking HR therapy along with rigorous training so that we may continue to enjoy those Alpine Sports that we do love. I was very disappointed, when she left UMC Urology for a while and VERY DELIGHTED when she returned. I would request that I be assigned to her care for the rest of my life, Please!!!!!!

Dr. Kathryn M. Trueheart, is a exceptional specialist, genuinely concerned with my wellbeing being.
I came to her for a second opinion, after a urologist at a competing chain flat out told me he didn't know how to treat my very common condition, and wanted me to wait for 3 months, to see if I spontaneously improved. I am so grateful that I landed here with Kathryn Trueheart. She listened to me, and immediately began treatment. She's been knowledgeable, compassionate, and pleasant.

miss Trueheart is a kind and thorough physician. She truly cares about my concerns and I have some technical questions on how medication's work and side effects. She takes the time to look them up and go through them with me. She seems genuine in her intentions to have a great outcome with the procedures that I've had.

The provider treated me like a normal human being despite the situation that brought me to the clinic. She was concerned about my concerns and did everything in her power to help me with them. She was courteous, and professional, explained everything well, and met my needs.
Did not feel like a partner in my treatment, more told what to do, when I brought up something the PA seemed disagreeable to this, and did not explain her position well. Left visit feeling a bit embarrassed and uncomfortable with treatment plan.
I would love to tell her thanks . She made the pain easier to deal with. It made me feel that she was there for me and concerned about me. Thanks to her and dr.oliver because I feel I can trust them

She was wonderful. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and had an amazing bedside manner. Her personality was warm when I needed it to be, and clinical when the situation needed it to be. I came here for a second opinion, and I am so glad I landed in her lap. She was well versed in the situation (the Dr I saw at the other clinic said he didn't understand my very common disease very well). I was slightly nervous about seeing a female doctor for a male problem, but after meeting with her, there's no one else I want to help with my treatment.
She is an excellent medical professional. I would highly recommend her practice!

When I speak with Catherine, she treats me as an associate that's on the same level as her. She's friendly with me, but she's direct and professional knowledgeable. She tells it straight she gives me the opinions of her experience. I ask her about side effects. She fills me in, she questions me through my Prescription routine and tell me how to improve it better timing with meds things of that nature the CVS Pharmacy was able to fulfill testosterone that helps with the body absorbs of testosterone, but it prevents you from producing estrogen and I blocked. I've lacked that for six months now she caught that and squared that
Dr. Trueheart is an outstanding doctor. Her ability to make a situation that is concerning to a patient less threatening and better understood is very reassuring. She is knowledgeable, and professional and conveys a sense of empathy and compassion.
