I was so grateful to have such a lovely experience with someone who I had not seen before, especially with such high expectations having worked with Dr. Kara Frame and Dr. Grover beforehand. Dr. Swindle made an extreme effort to express true care about me as a person, extending empathy and a great level of regard for my other ailments (eating disorder, mental health) and did not make me feel alienated or isolated in any way. Dr. Swindle handled the procedure with speed, accuracy, and a sense of empathy and humor that allowed me to relax and trust that I was in good hands. As getting an IUD is one of the most vulnerable and uncomfortable procedures that a woman can get (in my opinion) having Dr. Swindle as my primary care provider was the best choice I could have made, and I am grateful for her professionalism, personalism, and dedication to her patients well-being.
