I had several concerns and felt like I wasn't given any guidance or that the doctor really had any follow up questions. She referred me to a specialist but in no way did she try and determine an other possible treatment or suggestions. I was so amazed at the lack of care and it seemed like she was completely checked out. I have never done this before but I'd like to follow the course to not be charge for this visit. All my other experiences with physicians at the U have been exceptional, the apathy shown at this visit was interesting.

I came in to see Dr. Jensen with a bit of anxiety after having gone to the emergency room for the first time in my life. I felt that she didn't provide any support, understanding, or suggestions on what to do next. She didn't address my concerns. She listened and dismissed me poorly. She moved on swiftly to the next patient leaving me more anxious and preoccupied then when I first walked into the room. It is never fun to go to see a doctor. Patients are worried, hurt, in pain, anxious and in need of answers and hope. I wished more physicians understood how important it is to take care of patients this way as well.
