When I went downstairs to the lab after my appointment, I just gave my name, and they already had me in the system and the phlebotomist was calling my name within minutes. I love how organized everything is in that regard.

Dr Jensen wonderful Dr. Since I been seeing her so many things have changed, I hate my chart, you never can talk with her personally, I feel she is being rushed now. She handles Geriatric patients and I don't feel you account for us.

I see Dr. Jensen because she does what needs to be done. She takes care of the basics and then goes beyond doing what most Doctors I have dealt with never seem to understand, she listens. The questions she asks, the statements she makes, and the probing into the state of my health are just what needs to happen to keep me healthy. I'm sure she is a very good doctor but she seemed kind of like a robot. The visit was for an annual physical and I am over 50 years old so I thought she would ask more questions and tell me things I should be doing for my health, but that did not happen. I don't mean to complain, she was respectful and professional, I just had different expectations for the visit overall.

Shes very personable and listens. Have only seen her twice and believe it will be a good match. She seem interested in what I need and that impressed me. I am fortunate not to need very much right now but at my age you never can tell when something will stop working and she is likely to be there when and if I need medical support!

Doctor had a very calm and welcoming manner. I was pretty anxious and explaining things in a jumbled way. She was able to answer my questions with an Applicable answer even though I was having difficulty expressing the question. She was quickly able to adress a couple of items that I have had confusion over for a long time.

Dr. Jensen is phenomenal! She always responds quickly to any questions I have. I always leave feeling like I have more knowledge and control over my health.
I would recommend Dr. Jensen to everyone. She is friendly, professional and efficent but not in a hurry. She listened to all my concerns and acted upon them. She gave me exercises to help a pain in my knee and ordered an x-ray to make sure it wasn't serious. She also sent a referal to my prefered physical therapist for my chronic back pain.

This was an establish care visit. Very short and did not take the 20 minutes allotted for the appointment from start to finish.
Will not be seeing K Jensen again. Did not feel like my questions were answered. Mostly the response was let's wait until you see the derm. That was the response I got last time.

Unfortunately my experience was not at all positive this time. I came in to see Dr. Jensen with a bit of anxiety after having gone to the emergency room for the first time in my life. I felt that she didn't provide any support, understanding, or suggestions on what to do next. She didn't address my concerns. She listened and dismissed me poorly. She moved on swiftly to the next patient leaving me more anxious and preoccupied then when I first walked into the room. It is never fun to go to see a doctor. Patients are worried, hurt, in pain, anxious and in need of answers and hope. I wished more physicians understood how important it is to take care of patients this way as well.

I followed the instructions about logging in 15 minutes early. Was greeted promptly by a staff member, who went through some brief preliminaries. Doctor was ready for the virtual visit several minutes ahead of the appointed time, which was nice!

She reached out to a specialist seen previously to ask some additional questions about the situation. She ordered an x-ray and lab work that were done after the appointment. We love Dr. Jensen!

I think this was one of the most disappointing appointments with a PCP. I had several concerns and felt like I wasn't given any guidance or that the doctor really had any follow up questions. She referred me to a specialist but in no way did she try and determine an other possible treatment or suggestions. I was so amazed at the lack of care and it seemed like she was completely checked out. I have never done this before but I'd like to follow the course to not be charge for this visit. All my other experiences with physicians at the U have been exceptional, the apathy shown at this visit was interesting.

The U seems to feel that the end of the visit is the end of communication. Where is the follow up, and interpretation of test results? There should at minimum be instructions as to how the patient is to proceed!

She was real concerned about my cough but could not find anything in hospital records to support them telling me I had pneumonia. Once I dove deep into hospital records and found pneumonia under problems, well hidden. She immediately got me on antibiotics which helped immensely.
