When Kira, the PA came in she went over the previous events and test results in detail and called my attention to a result that had not been followed on and helped me understand what that meant. She explained the procedure and what it was about. She took the time she needed with me and I didn't feel like she was in a rush to get me done to move on to the next paetient. I was treated like we were old friends and she was genuinely concerned about me and my health.

She read my chart, let me ask questions, which she answered and most importantly to me, she listened. My history with strokes goes back to 1971 and she listened as I told her about my journey getting treated for them. I would recommend her to anyone getting treated at the University hospital for cardiac issues.
