Dr Hilton is the best Dr that I have had. He listens to me when I talk, he makes sure that I am well informed of my illness or injury. He makes me feel like one of the family which is had to find. He does not second guess what I say and he explains all my treatment to me fully so when I leave his office or a virtual visit I never have to wonder what was said or what needs to happen next. If he is kot able to treat me he will refute me to someone who can and explains why the wait may be longer than expected. PA Kyle Hilton is an outstanding PCP. He always shows courtesy and respect for his patients, listens carefully to their concerns, and includes them in decisions about their care. I lived close to his clinic when I started seeing him. When I moved further away from the clinic, I continued to see him instead of looking for a closer PCP because PA Kyle Hilton is just that good with his patients. For anyone living in or around Orem, or elsewhere in northern Utah county, who is looking for an excellent PCP, I would strongly urge you to seriously consider PA Kyle Hilton. He's the best in the biz, and I wish we had more like him.

He's great. I've known him since he was Dr Kennedy's nurse. He is very knowledgeable about my health and listens to my questions and concerns.
Came in and introduced himself and reviewed my chart . He listened looked over problem and gave suggestions with meds and did blood test and made me another appt. On his 2nd visit and review, another blood draw, called me on Saturday to give results and to go to emergency for other blood work due to kidneys.

The reason for my visit was a women's health situation. My doctor was a male but he was incredibly considerate of my feelings, the awkwardness of the situation for me, and my level of anxiety about a possible scary diagnosis. He listened to me, asked and answered questions, and did everything he could to make an awkward exam as comfortable as possible. Especially in these days of news highlighting doctors who go beyond their boundaries, I was worried. But my doctor was very professional, very understanding, never crossed any boundaries, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, kept a female nurse in the room the whole time, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I would recommend the doctor and the clinic to anyone.

I saw Hilton virtual video for covid.I need a form filled out for Hr department so the days I missed from work could be covered, the form was not filled out all the way he left his name out of the form my HR department couldn't except the form. I have called multiple times asking for the form to be filled out completely. I was told the form was sent to email and it wasn't I emailed him on MyChart letting him know. he said the form would take about a week I asked him if he can post it on my chart to make it easier, he said his staff sent the form. I still don't have it. my HR department gave me a week to get that form in.

I never dreamed I would ever find a primary care provider who would care about me the way he cares about his patients. he spends as much time with me as I need, Ive never felt rushed. he is trully a gem in our community and for the university of Utah and this clinic. Ive referred him to so many people and they all feel the same way. you know that he trully cares about his patients. I hope I get to keep him forever! I actually shop for insurance to be certain Im still covered to see him!

kyle Hilton is by far the best provider we have ever had. our entire family sees Kyle and we tell everyone about him. he will take however much time is needed to address our needs and he trully cares about each of his patients. its so hard to find providers like him, university of Utah is blessed to have someone who is so loved by his patients.
