Laura Murphy, MD is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah Complex Care division. She Joined the University of Utah in July 2023. Previously she had been in PA for over 20 years, caring for CMC in 2 primary care medical homes that she was instrumental in creating—one at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and one at the Penn State Children’s Hospital in Hershey, PA. She has leadership experience in the education of medical students and residents and has a passion for teaching this next generation the skills of caring for children of medical complexity in multiple settings.
