I was supposed to have had an appointment with a urologist for an ultrasound or x-ray because of kidney pain since before Labor Day. When I arrived, I was charged a co-pay and then found out that no one I met with knew why I was there! Very experating waste of time and co-pay. They searched through my records which seemed to be disorganized and not thorough. I'm changing my medicare so I can go somewhere else.

Her manner, her intellect, the comfort she provides to LISTEN. I must say, I think she listens, even before I speak. If you are a guy, and you seek a doctor who has YOUR interest to be paramount, I recommend you try to book an appointment ASAP. I have visited her office twice and there is a consistency of professionalism that lacks in many doctors. In a sense, she allows the patient to lead. Her quick assessments, and knowledge gives me confidence in her direction of care. And the reasons I sought a urology, men's health professional, was completely taken care of. Men, how man times have you saw a doctor for YOUR health reasons and left feeling like you had been ignored, cheated, or given a path not of your desire? Lauran Claflin has set the bar very high. Obviously she has my full endorsement of anyone seeking her care.

I arrived the other day for a orchidectomy consultation. I am a transgender female. Dr Claflin and her staff are all very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt 100% comfortable around Dr Claflin. She listend to me and addressed my concerns pertaining to lingual hernias, which could cause complications postop the orchidectomy.(Which i suspect i may have lurking) So she set me up with imaging and I have an appointment to make sure that I do not have any hernias hiding, which could cause complications. The fact that she addressed my concern and didn't disregard me as being a ÒWebMD warriorÓ was really awesome. Dr Laura Claflin and her staff: 100% awesome and 100% recommended.
