The patient rating score is an average of all responses on our patient experience survey. The rating averages scores for all questions about care from our providers.
The scale on which responses are measured is 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

Dr. Embree was outstanding! She was sick on the day of my appointment, but instead of cancelling my appointment, she was able to arrange a zoom call, and meet with me that way. She was very attentive to my concerns, treated me with the utmost respect, and provided me with the highest quality of care!
