Very satisfied. He is a great surgeon. I was very lucky he took my case. He had to work around my bleeding disorder that caused him many problems. He worked through it and got the necessary hardware put into my pelvis. I attribute my healing to his great skills. His team checked on me every morning while in ICU and in the regular room. I appreciated them doing that.

I am very grateful that Dr. Lucas Marshand is my surgeon. I had a ski accident at Alta, at upper devils elbow run, broke my leg. I had surgery the next day. He did an excellent job putting a rod in my tibia, 2 screws at the knee, and 5 screws in my ankle. I recovered to 85% within 1 year, and just had my screws removed. I appreciate his demeanor, he listens, is kind, consistent, accurate, his work is solid and lasts. He didn't take high risks, and made sure I had the best results without doing anything unnecessary. I am happy to be back to myself now. Props to his surgical team, they were outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Marshand, you will get good results with him!

I never doubt Dr. Marchand's directives because I know they're right, but I do wish someone from his team were available to explain why I was in a cast upon leaving the OR, but no one was available. I had to contact his NP, Katy Fu, for an explanation. (She deserves a raise for how well she treated me!) She found all the answers I needed and reassured me that I would be taken care of, especially in an allergic reaction. I'm not religious, but God bless Katy Fu and all that she does for her patients. She deserves a raise in pay considering her attention to detail, care for patients, and everything in between. She is an exceptional employee of your team who deserves nothing but the best.
