June 17, 2024UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICSI was hospitalized with five broken ribs, and the hospital experience was not optimal. However, the follow up phone call with Marissa was the best medical experience I've ever had. She is knowledgeable, thorough, patient with questions, answers all concerns. After our phone conversation, I felt so much more equipped to deal with my broken ribs than I was after hospital discharge. I encourage all patients to call the trauma center after discharge for invaluable information on your recovery.
