November 01, 2023UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICSSarfati cancelled my first visit with him 1.5 weeks before, I had waited 3 months and now waiting 2 more months. He listened to my symptoms but seemed to have a very set view that there is no way this is vascular even though he took on my case after I had see the U vascular department and they had told me I had blood flow problems. One test he ordered was denied by insurance (which happens) and I called multiple times a week for over a month asking him to let insurance know it was needed. His staff said he had repeated emails about it but he didn't respond until they caught him in office one day, at which time I finally got a return phone. When asked about the order and previous results, he threw his team and the other U doctor under the bus saying they were wrong, he wouldn't have ordered that test, and the other doctor had given me false information.
