Mary Horn initially recommended that I receive a cochlear implant and followed me through the process and the postoperative procedure of learning to 'hear' through the implant. Very nice,thorough knowledgeable. She took the time for questions; kept asking if I understood and practiced putting in the batteries adjusting controls. The most exciting moment was when she said all the 21 Cochlear nerve endings were firing perfectly.
