Marie was awesome with supporting me and making sure I was comfortable with everything that was happening. She answered all of my questions as well as my family's questions and helped me get through any anxiety I had with my surgery.

She offered to wear a mask because I was wearing one (which I appreciated), asked me if I had any questions multiple times throughout the appointment, and was very respectful during the physical exam. Overall, I was very impressed and felt valued as a patient.
Masha treated me well, listened, and addressed all of my needs and concerns. However, the medical assistant was quite the opposite, she was rude and disrespectful. I dont think I am going back any time soon after my experience.

I really appreciated Cori Agarwal when I met her during a trans seminar, but this PA I did not. I felt very fat shamed rather than it coming from a professional opinion aspect.
Masha was amazing. She really thought about what I wanted and was honest with me about her professional opinion regarding what would work best for me. I would recommend her 1000 times. Happy to have her on my care team :)

Again the nurse practitioner was very very nice and she did talk to me and explain aftercare and what the surgery looked like but she did also inform me that I would need to jump through additional hoops as well as have her convince my surgeon to remove my breast as though I did not know what I wanted for my own body

I can't say enough good things about this facility. Especially PA Mulcock and Dr. Goodwin. I've never received better care than I have with these providers!

my visit with Masha was in the top 5 best doctors visits I've ever had
Ms. Mulcock was a wonderful physicians assistant. I came in for the appointment feeling uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed. Yet, she made me feel completely at ease and was so good at explaining everything. She offered her own opinion on things but made it clear that she wanted me to be happy and comfortable with all the choices. I left the appointment feeling better than when I came in.
The entire staff was excellent. From being greeted at the front door, checking in by the receptionist, being pulled back to a room by the RN and the treatment by the provider was warm, caring, compassionate and calming.
I feel like Masha listens to my concerns. She involves me the decision making and does not ever leave me feeling silly or uninformed.

I was not sure I would be able to have the surgery needed it was very unclear. no follow up visit was asked for leaving me wondering if I was going to be able to have the much anticipated reconstruction surgery
