Dr Johnson must be so busy (i.e. overloaded on the number of patients he has in his practice) that he has to treat me like he has no time to address what I came to see him about. It takes 6-8 weeks to get in to see him ¿ not acceptable when I am ill with a sinus infection or some other pressing medical problem. I'm going to find a doctor with a smaller practice.

I had a knee injury the day before this appointment and the doctor only saw me for 5 minutes. Only 5. My chart will show that was in the room for a lot longer because the viral signs the MA took and waiting for the doctor to see me. He asked me a few questions and only did one simple test in my knee. He then referred me to get X-rays and that was it. No other recommendations than to take pin medications and to wait 4 weeks. Didnt instruct me to rest, stretch, ice my knee or anything else. I am very disappointed with this visit. I cant believe I have to pay over $200 for a 5 minute consult that didnt do anything for my health. I had to go out of my way to get an MRI because he didnt see fit I needed one saying he was following the health guidelines . I would like for someone to reach out to me and help me with this situation and the bill. Thank you

My first time seeing Dr. Johnson. The minute he walked In he acted like he wanted the appointment to be over. I needed to find a new pcp, due to mine retiring. Yes, Dr. Johnson Is straight forward and made a point to let me know, even stated that He may not be the provider for me. He didn't listen to my concerns, just brushed them off and continually interrupted me every time I tried to explain. Felt like he only wanted to do the bare minimum. He really made me feel like I or my health didn't matter. Did the most basic assessment, "listened" to heart and felt thyroid. Nothing more. Very very disappointed.

I have full confidence in my provider, Dr. Matthew Johnson, and have had since I began seeing him some years ago. He is professional, kind, caring, and usually doesn't hesitate about remedial recommendations, which I believe, is indicative of his experience and knowledge. I have began to notice over the past two or three years that he seems to be much much more loaded with patient appointments and thereby having to reduce time with each patient. This has not caused me any personal concern as to his reading of my problems and concerns, but as I continue to age, I need a bit more time in his presence to invoke remembrance of the full measure of issues I need to discuss with him. He is very polite, but cognizant of other patients who may be waiting to see him. Thank you.
