McKenzie took time to really educate me about my injury and why she was making the recommendations she was. She used humor and compassion and I am so incredibly grateful that she has been my provider through this process.

I had an excellent appointment yesterday with McKenzie, and I can't say enough good things about her. From the moment she walked in, she was polite, kind, and incredibly personable. She clearly knows her stuff and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. She was professional, attentive, and took great care of my leg, making sure I was well looked after the entire visit. Truth is, it's rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely nice while doing it. McKenzie is exactly that. I left feeling well cared for and grateful for the experience. She's a real asset, and I would absolutely be happy to see her again.

McKenzie did an excellent job drawing a huge pocket of fluid from my abdomen. Along the way, she carefully performed the procedure and explained as she went. All in all, she is a very talented PA.
I do have another question about a procedure that is coming up next week.
My PA was incredible. I got emotional in my appointment and she not only comforted me, but also was able to understand where my emotions were coming from.

Mckenzie has been great since the beginning of my journey leading up to surgery. She provided options and recommendations which assisted me in making crucial decisions. She communicated well with me and showed me that she cared for my well-being as a patient.
She was strait up honest with me needing to take better care and taking it easy. She told me what I need to do to manage my symptoms and got me an antibiotic going. She released some fluid from my surgical site. I enjoyed chatting with the woman assistant who checked me in yesterday and did my vitals. She let me talk and share while we checked in and helped me feel at ease.
