Very kind and professional

I will begin with Kellie. She was my nurse in a different department. Upon arrival, Kellie immediately began friendly conversation and put my nerves at ease. During the patient review, before the Dr came in, Kellie mentioned that she worked in plastic surgery as well. I never, in a million years, would've pursued a consult appointment without Kellie's kindness and help. Upon meeting Ms.Alban, I was pleasantly surprised/impressed by her compassion and professionalism. I am beyond grateful for Kellie's encouragement and support and the opportunity to pursue a procedure I never thought possible. I would 100% recommend McKenzie Alban to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I had an excellent appointment yesterday with McKenzie, and I can't say enough good things about her. From the moment she walked in, she was polite, kind, and incredibly personable. She clearly knows her stuff and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. She was professional, attentive, and took great care of my leg, making sure I was well looked after the entire visit. Truth is, it's rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely nice while doing it. McKenzie is exactly that. I left feeling well cared for and grateful for the experience. She's a real asset, and I would absolutely be happy to see her again.

If you can be her patient, consider yourself lucky. You are in great hands with McKenzie.

She was strait up honest with me needing to take better care and taking it easy. She told me what I need to do to manage my symptoms and got me an antibiotic going. She released some fluid from my surgical site. I enjoyed chatting with the woman assistant who checked me in yesterday and did my vitals. She let me talk and share while we checked in and helped me feel at ease.

I would highly recommend McKenzie Alban as a provider. She is very gentle during procedures and is incredibly intelligent, and highly skilled.
