    Dr. Puckett combines professionalism with an approachable style of communication. She's in the right field--geriatrics. An example: she helped me connect with a nutritional program I was interested in, offered by a hospital outside of the University Health system. She made sure the referral was within Medicare rules.

    Dr. Puckett is extremely caring and personable. She thoroughly reviews the record and recommends specific actions which would improve the patient's goals for overall health.

    Dr. Puckett listens carefully and considers all aspects of a patients life. She is particularly careful if medications need to be changes or added. She clearly cares about her patients and takes the time to provide the care that is needed.
