I choose Dr Puckett as my PCP. She was very caring and listened to my wife so well a few years ago, when she needed a Dr to really find out what was causing, what turned out to be rare, medical issues she had been trying to get to the bottom of for several years. Recently, I needed to find a new PCP and asked if Dr Puckett would be willing to be my new provider. She is a very good listener; shows sincere interest and takes time to learn who you are and your medical needs.
She's smart extremely knowledgeable great listener very thorough and follows through with anything I need to do, tests etc. can't say enough.
