As the parent and guardian of [NAME REMOVED], my special needs adult son, I was very pleased to have such a positive experience with Dr. Palmer and the Westridge Clinic. [NAME REMOVED] is a newly transitioned patient from his pediatric PCP, so patient history availability was minimal. Dr. Palmer listened to my concerns and trusted the assessment I was able to relay to her over our telehealth visit.

Dr. Palmer carefully follows my healthcare concerns and asks me to schedule follow-up appointments to continue to monitor my conditions.
She spent time with me and listen to the things I had to say she has very good follow-up questions and provided immediate solutions as well as solutions in the future if things didn't improve.

She advised me to ask the pharmacist to contact her when I request a refill for a prescription I'll need soon that has only one refill left.

Dr. Palmer is my favorite doc I've ever had. I always know I'm going to get the best care with her and always leave feeling like things are good, or if next steps are needed, I always have clear direction. Dr. Palmer is wonderful!
