Dr. Udy has been great to work with. He gets me in to see him quickly so I can get the care I need to have my hearing aids working. He understands that I have to travel a few hours to see him so he makes sure the meetings go well and I get all my hearing aid needs met.
He did a great job with my cross hearing aids. I've gotten in to see him when I needed to with no problems, and he addressed my needs.

He is a good provider, but having his office there at the hospital is not great. I have no idea how it could improve

All of my experience at Mitchell Reid Udy, Aud. has been positive. I have gone from, what I consider, almost totally deaf, to hearing well in most situations. At 78 years old, I can function quite well in spite of my hearing impairment simply because of the excellent hearing aids I purchased at Mitchell.

I had a great visit with Mitchell Udy about my hearing aids. He has a way of establishing a good rapport that makes for a good understanding for me of what I need to take advantage of and make the best use of my hearing aids. He is a great listener.
Mr. Udy has been instrumental in my ability to hear. While I was working he was the difference that allowed me to continue working. After I retired, Mr. Udy has provided critical care and advice which have enabled me to interact with my family and continue to pursue my hobby as an amature classical guitarist. The University Health Care has many excellent 'patient facing' staff and faculty and Mithcell Udy is one of the best.

Dr Udy was extremely thorough and carefully explained the various options for hear aids. He utilized hearing studies to optimize my hearing aids just for me and he made sure I understood how use them correctly.
