He graduated with his BS in Communication Disorders from University of Utah in 1995 and received his Masters degree from Utah State University in Audiology in 1998. He has been married for 27 years and has four children.

    Lovely, happy, uplifting experience getting my first pair of hearing aids. The hearing aids are perfect for me. I can hear so much better! Mitch was delightful did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable, confident and knowledgeable about using my hearing aids full time!
