The PA, Molly, was excellent and every physician or member of the burn care team I've dealt with so far has made a good impression by patiently being willing to talk through my concerns and set expectations w/ me so that I'm aware of what next steps may take place. The uncertainty of not knowing precisely what comes next in a healing or rehabilitation process like this can be frightening, but Molly did her best under the circumstances to talk to me about what was known, what she could observe, what is typically looked for in situations similar to mine, etc. She also clearly discussed w/ me the minor changes and variations that she was recommending to my wound care routine, going forward.
