  • Natosha Tullos is a nurse practitioner at the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center with the spine team. Natosha joined the spine team in 2024 after practicing as a registered nurse at the University of Utah Hospital for more than ten years in the ICU, caring for trauma and neurological critically ill patients, where she developed a deep passion for patient advocacy. She completed her graduate training at Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois.

    Natosha works primarily with Dr. Brian Karamian at both the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center and Huntsman Cancer Institute, as well as inpatient at the University of Utah Hospital. She sees new patients and post-operative patients, finding joy in their successful outcomes. Dr. Karamian and Natosha care for patients who may benefit from surgery as well as more conservative treatments, and together they thoughtfully explore the most beneficial solutions for their patients. As a member of the spine team, Natosha is routinely involved in patient evaluation, laboratory and advanced imaging interpretation, and treatment planning; as well as participation in operative procedures and inpatient hospital care.
