Lori Ly is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable, caring & kind. We are so blessed to have her as a provider!!!
Lori interrupted me numerous times and wasn't listening. Probably 4-5 times on my off visits asked me things I already told her and stated assumptions opposite of facts I already presented about my conditions. I waited over 3 months for a big no confidence vote.
Lori is very professional, friendly, and explains things extremely well.
Nga Ly is a wonderful provider. She often makes analyses and recommendations that surpass in quality and value what I would expect from an MD or DO. She reviews my medical history and researches possible approaches to treatment and medications. I have a great appreciation for her.

Did research on my eyes and actually found out what took my vision. Then she scheduled an appt with Moran Eye Center. She keeps track of my Wegners and calls me with findings from my labs.

The worst experience I have ever had with any doctor and I have seen many. ' Ms. Ly performed no physical examination whatsoever ' She stated she had not reviewed and would not review the 2nd.MD report' She told me she was 'not doing another doctor's work' I did tell her that the doctor did her work ! ' She told me I have 'nothing wrong' and my labs are normal ' she was unprofessional and did not care about how I felt and was treating the labs. Her mind was made up the minute she saw my labs. I left in tears. This was not an acceptable standard of care for a rheumatology evaluation. She is enough for me not to ever go back to the U. Will never recommend anybody to them ! I have my fair share of specialist and doctors and she was the most uneducated and unprofessional aprn ever not even an actual rheumatologist. Do not go or schedule here find another place other then the U of U
I felt Lori was very competent. She made me feel at ease,and never seemed rushed. I was totally happy with her level of care.
