Dr. Crane took the time to explain to my husband, who has dementia and Parkinson's, how he was going to do his Spinal Tap. The staff members who were in the room with the doctor, and my husband, made sure that my husband safe and comfortable.
He speaks with me like I am an intelligent person. I appreciate the effort he puts into understanding my test results as well as symptoms. I feel like an actual conversation takes place and what I say is worth the time to considered. He is a physician that has earned my respect. So wonderful to have a physician when I ask about a test that I think may relate to results of an other test. He pulls that test up and tells me he thinks there may or may not be a relationship. He will even read an other physician's note. He has exceeded my expectations.
Such a great Dr! Excited to help, kind and supportive.
Dr Crane was extremely clear about his diagnosis and explained how we would proceed forward and did everything possible to make testing available as quickly as possible
Dr Crane also explained a new RX we are going to try. He asked me if I had any questions. I feel like we are going forward with both Drs giving me a new option

He was great very upfront he seemed very concerned what was going on with my mother
He showed a very high level of expertise and explained things in considerable detail.
Very caring, thoughtful, thorough.
A fun and serious doctor.
I have seen Dr. Crane twice and both times he has stayed later than the hospital staff in order to complete his evaluations. That says a lot to me. He has the respect of all around him, including myself. I feel very lucky to be one of his patients. I feel like I receive 100% of his attention while I'm with him. During the last procedure, him and his team eased my tension about the procedure before they began. He explained what to expect and the possible side effects after. During the procedure, he explained what he was going to do before each step. That helped a lot. He is kind and gentle and extremely thorough. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be able to give me the best possible treatment. Thank you
Dr. Crane was very friendly and helpful!
I used to go to Dr Paz Soldan but he relocated, so I was able to get in to see Dr Crane and really liked his knowledge and professionalism.
Dr. Crane is amazing. He is joyfully caring and understanding. I trust his knowledge and guidance, which is saying a lot because I don't trust easily.
Dr Crane is funny, personable, careful and reads his environment accurately before proceeding. He is gentle and genuine and takes the time to explain his thoughts and conclusions. Although my DX did not appear to involve MS, he took the precautionary steps to rule out all symptoms. I appreciated his eye contact and personable correspondence. He has a calm demeanor and he is clearly compassionate towards his patients.
Dr Crane is the neurologist I have been searching for , for 13 years ! Happy, friendly, and very kind ! I appreciate the visit and am looking forward to working with him on my healthcare from here on !!

He is a great Dr. I am so greatiful that he is my Doctor!!
He took the time to understand my complex issues and to discuss my questions. He clearly communicated his opinion and recommendations and was just a pleasant person to work with.
I had a good experience with Dr Crane and would recommend! He listened to me as I explained ALOT about my overall migraine experiences. He did a great job providing examples and asking for more clarity. He reviewed our immediate plans and our long term plan and I felt a part of those decisions. I was asked about my weight in a way that confused me and I wish I had asked a few more questions about why that was relevant upfront. After he explained why it was important, I felt more open to discussing further.
Highly recommend Dr. Crane and his staff.
Dr. Crane is very kind and caring. He has a calm demeanor and clearly explains his medical reasoning.
He was very curtious and listened as I explained what's been going on with me. Made sure I understood everything we spoke of
He is a very good listener and helps me out a lot
During my visit I had unrelated neurological issues. He quickly got help and reassured me that what was happening was not neurological. This helped me clarify my understanding of my neurological condition. I learned alot even though I was causing him challenges in his day. It turns out that I was coming down with a flu which manifested in very low Blood Pressure and a fainting spell. Good work all! I feel cared for and valued as a patient.
He is very personable and thorough
I had a much shorter time with Dr Crane so I don't have as much interaction, but suffice it to say, he was clear, helpful, and appears to have a nice relationship with others in the group.
Dr Crane has always taken his time to listen to me and my concerns. In addition he explains things and involves me in medical decisions. Being from out of state, helps guides me finding care in my local area. He's empathetic, listens, guides, and provides information to all aspects of my health and wellbeing.
