Rayleen Greathouse came in prepared and was familiar with my medical history and asked me pertinent questions about my current state of health. After data was collected from blood and urine tests her written summary was helpful in understanding what drugs and activities I needed to continue to take and do. Her physical exam was also reassuring that my heart and lungs are performing adequately. Her friendly and joyful attitude made the visit meaningful.

She updated her records on my recent shots that I have had, colonoscopy, and scalp treatment for a squamous carcinoma that I had post our last visit. Her recommendation of Dr. Bahr proved to be an excellent one. Her willingness to prescribe renewal of my prescriptions for 90 day intervals is extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing her again. I feel better now at age 80 than I did when I was 72 and first met with her.

I don't feel like she cares about my personal life. I think she's just checking the boxes. She does what she needs to do, and then gets out. Doesn't ask about other things. I didn't get an answer to my question about my feet cramping and legs cramping. I don't understand how people think that I can understand the results of my labs. I didn't go to college for that. The doctors did and the PAs did.

Scare tactics were used to try to convince me to make certain health decisions; my own personal beliefs and thoughts were not taken into account. I did not feel like my provider truly cared about me as an individual, rather, that I was just another patient for the day that needed to check certain boxes. I will not be returning to this care provider.

You can use my name. This woman should not be in the medical field. She is rude, condescending, interrupting and has the bedside manner of an abusive power tripping person. I would rather die than have her treat me ever again. Thankfully her nurse, Kathi, is her only saving grace. I wouldnt recommend this pseudo intellectual to my worst enemy. She is a nasty mark on the medical community and maybe should find an alternative profession. All I needed was a refill of some blood pressure medicine. But her bedside manner and treatment of patients leaves much to be desired.

I felt like Rayleen was a tad bit patronizing and impatient in her tone with both myself and the nurse assisting her. It was subtle, but it was definitely there and I felt like in my trying to be thorough in understanding her diagnosis of my daughter's condition, It was interpreted as questioning her judgement and was met with condescension from the provider.

I was disappointed with my visit with Rayleen. Because my blood pressure was elevated, she requested I take my BP for two weeks and report back to her. I have no problem with that. I told her I was out of my depression medicine and wanted to see if there was another medicine which would address my stress and anxiety. She didn't ask me anything only to say that Prozac was a good for anxiety and I should up my dose, and then I told her when I take 40 mg It makes me flat, and said she would call it in. She didn't. Also, she didn't call in my levothyroxine. I felt no better when I left the office. I don't think we are a good fit so I am requesting another physician. I was having pain due to a hip problem and she referred me to the orthopedic dept. I made an appt before I left the bldg. She didn't validate my concerns.

Rayleen is the best! I've been seeing her for years, and sometimes it feels like she knows my health better than I do. She's great at anticipating my needs and talking through my concerns.
I have never done a med change for depression. It was not a good transition. I was not told of the potential side effects this would have on my depression and anxiety. Didn't feel like I got very good answers as to why the med change was recommended. When I notified Rayleen that I needed to see a mental health specialist she identified herself as one. My understanding was that this clinic Is a primary care not a specialty. As a nurse seeking help for my mental health I have found it very difficult to navigate the health care system to adequately meet my mental health needs. I cannot imagine patients with no medical background going through a labyrinth to get their mental health adequately treated. What was more frustrating and disappointing was that it felt like those advocating for me were actually against me trying to find adequate mental health.

Ms. Greathouse's condescending bedside manner towards a child made them cry. She showed very little regard towards the patient but made sure to let me know she would rather be in bed. Will not be returning.

I also asked about the doctors policy for having to come in yearly to renew my birth control and was shortly answered that I must due to UofU policy. I tried to mention that the office said it was only suggested but I only received short answers that that wasn't the case. I don't feel like my concern in this area was properly handled or explained.
