This was a terrible visit I had with Dr Rebecca Kohler. I was sitting in the room next to my husband and 20 minutes thru my visit Dr Kohler laughed a bit and we both looked at her as she stated " I have never seen this happen in my whole career. I have never seen someone else's picture in somebody elses my chart file." Naturally, we both stood up and looked at the photo. Yes this was a photo of me 7 years ago when my health was in superior condition as compared to now, plus I was wearing the mandated face mask and a head scarf on my head to cover my hair loss from poor health. I told her this and I received ZERO apology from her. Do you not think every single day I look in the mirror and do not see what has happened to me. I do.

She is very patient and goes over e everything with you. She takes time to ask about your concerns and makes suggestions to solve them. She never makes me feel rushed or like she doesn't have time for my concerns or questions.
