It's always the same with Dr. Craig. He has a nice bedside manner and then forgets you the minute you walk out the door / hang up. Then it's an endless game of waiting months for additional tests, then several more months for another follow up visit to actually go over the results and talk about next steps. In the meantime, I can't live a normal life because I'm too sick, but apparently not sick enough to be a priority. I am sobbing as I write this because I just don't know what to do anymore. If I go to primary care, urgent care, or ED, they tell me to see my GI. If I try to tell my GI I'm too sick to wait months and months for another follow up or another test, they tell me to see my primary care or go to ED. I'm stuck in a never ending limbo and just keep getting sicker. It's enough to drive anyone insane.
Dr Crag has been my GI provider for several years. He and Liz, his assistant, have been more than attentive and responsive to my concerns. I trust them for my care.
