Roya Garakani, DO, delivered expedited service in an engaging, positive way. She was on top of the technical detail of the visit, and all her communications were positive and uplifting.. I especially liked the steady pacing of our visit; there was never a lull or delay, and never a dull moment. In the UofU Directory she is listed as as Fellow of the Department, which to me suggests she has temporary status. I found all her work to be fully competent at the level of a full-time, tenured professor in Opthalmology as well as an independent professional in her field. If a quantifiable response is required, I would say she is deserving of AAA+ 5 stars and superlatives.
Dr Garakani, is an amazing Dr who is great at what she does. But also super patient and took the time to help address my questions and concerns. She could also explain things at a level I could understand. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr and I would highly recommend her. She was attentive and responsive after hours when needed the most.
Roya was did a wonderful job explaining her diagnosis and communicating the plan moving forward.
