His staff cleaned up my existing glasses to almost brand new. AND he even gave me a paper with my NEW prescription in case I need it at NO CHARGE. Great Doctor, lousy salesman!

Dr. Coyle reviewed my previous eye exam records and then performed a thorough eye exam. He addressed my concerns about dry eye syndrome and eye floaters. We discussed what kinds of eye drop are best to use for dry eye. He advised me to check in with him if the eye floaters become more extreme and/or I see flashes of light. Dr. Coyle was the first ophthalmologist who helped me understand how to take an eye test! (To put this in perspective, i'm 38 and have been wearing glasses since I was 8.) He demonstrated compassion and listened to me about my symptoms. I am very hopeful that my new prescription will be successful. Even if it is not, I will unhesitatingly book an appointment to keep working out my symptoms together!
Dr. Craig I trust very much and feel he is an excellent Dr. I feel his concern for me which is hard to find with dr.s these days.

Dr. Coyle gave me an update on an eye condition that he noted at my prior visit but he hadn't mentioned to me. The appropriate course of action is to monitor the condition, but I was surprised that he had neglected to mention it last year. I trust his judgment to just minotr it for the time being.
Dr. Coyle is always forthcoming with his understanding of the problems I'm having with my vision and helps me understand the condition and his recommendations for treatment.

After eye examination, a problem was found and recommended for further investigation and I was able to have an appointment later in the day in Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City.Very impressive with the instant options for treatment.

During my first visit with Dr. Coyle, he changed my prescription from what I came in with. During this visit, it was changed back to very similar to my original prescription. I ordered contacts and glasses with the incorrect prescription, and now have to go through the process of replacing everything. Not sure why my prescription was changed in the first place.
I want to thank Dr. Ryan Coyle for all of his health and patience with me coming in time after time and understanding that it's my to read Tourette's syndrome that causes all these mishaps with my eyes and I don't like coming in but sometimes it's really unavoidable thank you Dr. Ryan for being so understanding you're a good guy thank you buddy, [NAME REMOVED]
