He joined the faculty at the University of Utah Hosptialist Group as a Clinical Instructor in 2015. He served as the inaugural GME Value Fellow at the University of Utah and currently serves as the GME Director for Quality & Safety and Co-Director for the Value-Driven Healthcare pathway for medical students.
