Dr. Hall was a very good listener, asked plenty of exploratory questions and actively engaged me as a patient so we could decide on a treatment plan together instead of being simply prescriptive.

He listened carefully to my explanation of my shoulder pain, then conducted a thorough examination to discover the full extent of the cause, etc. He was great about describing both the anatomy of the shoulder and the injury, and then the best ways to address it.
