He also treats me as a person and not just a case. He gives me the time I need to ask questions and doesn't make me feel rushed. I feel I have his complete attention and focus.

Rather than just moving forward, he explained that the out of pocket cost would be obscene and sense it wasn't urgent, he , suggested that we wait a couple of weeks to get it straightened out. He went above and beyond.
